Unable to uplad applicant's dsc in dir3
I have filled DIR3 form for obtaining DIN. But I am not able to sign at the place of applicant signature. Digital signature is not recognizing. My Laptop is having following configuration:-
Win-7, Java8 (Runtime), Adobe reader11, DSC-epass2003. Pls assist me in this regard,

Reinstall epass once again and check it. one more thing open PDF file after attaching DSC to the system.
