Thank u very much Disha for your reply.
I tried to register by using internet explorer and after entering all details when i click on "select certificate" to select the certificate message is shown that " No digital signature certificate is selected. you need to select digital signature certificate"
I even could not login into MCA website even after entering userid and password. there also i am facing the same problem. i am unable to select my digital signature certificate.
A week ago, everything was fine.
I think there is some technical problem in the website.

Hello everyone.
Go to MCA website & download all required softwares as per list given.
i.e. Internet explorer 8 or above, JAVA (specified version), Adobe reader (9.3 or lower), my suggestion is to use 7.0.9 version.
Use Windows XP (Service pack 3) or Vista or Windows 7 OS. Import Digital Signature certificate (.pfx) to Internet explorer. path is 'tools > Internet options > contents > Certificates > Import'
Register .pfx file to MCA website also.
Hope, this will solve all your issues.

1. Download Java version as prescribed by MCA portal.
Please browse to the following link:
Check, Accept License Agreement
Download following files:
If your computer is 64bit download both the files, else if your computer is 32bit download just the first file.
Or, simply download both files and attempt to install them both. If your system is not 64bit the installation of second file will not proceed.
UNINSTALL ALL PRIOR JAVA VERSIONS, BEFORE INSTALLING THESE.
Windows x86 78.93 MB jdk-6u30-windows-i586.exe
Windows x64 69.58 MB jdk-6u30-windows-x64.exe
Try now, it should work. Else, please PM.
