are not able to login to GST Site.
can we still make payment without filing return please Advice.

No. Without login i was trying to make payment but the message occured as under:
Create Challan functionality is not available for Provisional GSTIN in pre-login mode.

I am receiving an error message every time i try to login which says "Access Denind" i am able to login but it prevents from doing any other tasks. Help me what can i do ?
