Can any one of you upload here the excel offline utility of ST3 where 14% service tax rate row can be added with 12.36%. I am unable to do it in my system. I have downloaded the version 1.4.

just add row in in B12.5 and in service tax type 14 and in E.Cess and H.Cess type 0
