In case of admission of a new partner before admission if old provision was provided last year and no information about new provision for doubtful debts then is it required to assume that new provision is same as old provision

doubtful debt: The amount of money that a business does not expect to collect from its clients. in every year if not doubtful debt created then opening balance should consider same for new year
