I have a land value 25cr and i have kept dat land as security for opening a cash credit ac. for the company and i am also the director of that company
Nw how should i treat it in balance sheet and in income tax statement

No treatment required in balance sheet , only disclosure requirements are there.
No disclosure in income tax statement is required.
