Transfer shareholding in a newly registered private limited

Pvt ltd 259 views 2 replies

We recently (less than month back) registered a private limited company. The CA registered our company with wrong shareholding (50-50). However, correct shareholding pattern decided was 60-40. We want to get the shareholding corrected. Can someone please guide us with the correct procedure for that?

Thanks Jaya.

Our CA is saying that he will create a document of share transfrer taking signs of both the shareholders. This will be done at the fisrt shareholding meeting is conducted after one month from registering the comapny. He will file that document with the Registrar of the Companies.
