I am currently pursuing my articleship in a firm since October, 13 (not complete 1 year) and now i want to take transfer. Firm has 3 partners. The partner under whom i am registered is ready to give transfer but other partners are not.I gave the reason that my father is shifted to another city. Now they (senior partners) are saying that " we will complain about it in ICAI and send the covering letter to institute so that you will not be able to get registered in same city in future".
Now i want to know that whether they can do that and can i take transfer whithout getting consent of other two partners ????
