the lmit are not precribed by ICAI so you can take the transfer during the First year of articleship many time.........but after the 3 time ICAI institute send the letter and ask the reason of thee transfer & artice session in ICAI Cousel the student ...............................such an incident happened with my friend bcoz he had taken the 3 time officially during Ist yea of article
