Trans 1 Form

I have some closing stock for month of June, but I don't have any ITC to carry forward (I have to paid VAT for this quarter). Should I have to file TRANS 1 Form?

Sir, if construction company has purchased material for construction of Building, and june end they are having Closing stock and that closing stock purchase biils are considered Excise duty, in Tran 1 under GST can we shown and claim 100% CGST

For TRAN-1 date is 30th sep,2017

TRAN-2 is to be filed at the end of the every month(till 6 monthS after filing TRAN-1)

I am dealing in hardware wholesale and retail business,I have made Interstate purchase @ 2% and issued c form,Now I have stock lying in my shop which is now 18% in gst ,Do I need fill trans form1 ,if then in which column,pls help in this as fast as possible

Also we don't have any credit because it is interstate purchase there was no credit before

r U registered with any of the dept before GST?
