TRAN 1FILED ERROR

We are facing an error while trying to file GSTR 3B for the month of December 2017. We have submitted the same but we are unable to file it. While filing it, the system shows an error massage “You have submitted TRAN-1 form but have not FILED it. You are requested to FILE the same before submitting this return”

We are already filed our TRAN-1 Screen shot of the same with “Filed” Status is with us .But current status of the TRAN-1 showing as “Submitted”
pls help us to solve the issue

the only way for solution is send that screenshot with your query to GST HELPDESK via mail.

BELOW MENTIONED MAIL HAS BEEN RECIVED FROM THEM AND SENT THE DETAILS TO MENTIONED MAIL ID, BUT MAIL WAS RETURNED DUE TO NO SUCH ID

Dear Taxpayer,

Our records indicate that you had submitted TRAN -1 resulting in posting of the Credit in your electronic Credit ledger, however, it was not found to be authenticated with digital signature/electronic verification code.
However, if you have received an email confirming filing of TRAN -1 with an ARN, you are requested to respond to the email ID feedback.tran1 @ gst.gov.in with following details:

ARN Number
ARN confirmation email received on filing
Current Status Screenshot of form TRAN-1

You are requested to send all the above mentioned documents within 7 days of receipt of this email. Thereafter the TRAN-1 status shall be reverted back to Not Submitted and the credit in your electronic credit ledger will be reversed. You would then be required to contact your Jurisdictional Tax officer for further processing.Please ignore if you have never filed TRAN-1.

Dear Taxpayer,

Our records indicate that you had filed TRAN-1 with digital signature/electronic verification code after duly submitting it resulting in posting of the Credit in your Electronic Credit ledger. However, due to an exceptional and unforeseen technical issue at GST Portal in your case, the filing status was reversed and your application reverted to the Submitted Stage. by

You are requested to visit the portal again and authenticate your return with the applicable digital signature/electronic verification code. The authentication is required for record and statutory purposes

dear sir i too got the same problem the given mail id feedback.tran1 @ gst.gov.in mail id is not valid. my tran 1 is in submitted position and gst portal is not replying for the gravience too. plz help me so that i can reply to portal for tran 1
