Traces downloaded form 16a not available
Team, The Deductor LIC of India has denied giving out TRACES downloaded Form 16A . Please advise how to file ITR4 in th absence of the unique Certificate Number

you dint need form 16a to file ITR. download 26as from income tax india website. all your tax credits will be shown there.

ITR4 requires mandatorily to quote the Unique Certificate Number of Form16A given by the Deductor.
Wait for some more time.Last date to issue of form 16
is may 31. May be your deductor have filed but it take some time for processing and request form 16 from traces site.
