Totally confused please help urgent

Hi Guys I planned to sit in both groups and attempted financial reporting paper yesterday which was not gone good. And even my SFM is too not prepared well. But my law is good enough so now confused whether should sit in whole group and should attempt for exemption in law or should drop this group fully and prepare for second group.
