It is necessary to revise ITC availed on mobile phones purchased @ 14.5% where we will sell @ 5% According to the new Tamilnadu Budget 2015.

within 31march if usell means iwillbe 14.5% if usellafter 31march itwill be 5%as per tnvat newrate

There is no need to reverse proportionate ITC; Hence tax paid on purchase is claimable fully
