guzs.i have cleared ipcc grp 1 in may 2010. i heard from someone that for being eligible for giving may 2013 final attempt i will have to start my articleship by latest 17 aug 2010.kindly tell me if its correct or not.i would be grateful if u could tell me as soon as possible (along with the source)as there is not much time left.

can anyone tell wat to do after completion of articles in PCC i.e hw 2 reveal to the institute.does institute send any confirmation letter .

the CA journal says that you can appear for CA final examinations if your outstanding period as an article assistant is not more than six mths. so that means if you want to appear for May 2013 final exam, atleast 2 1/2 yrs of articled training should be complete.
thanks medha for the info.but i want to know whether the said period of 2.5 years is inclusive or exclusive of leave.and what is "excess leave".
