TIME LIMIT OF PMT OF TDS U/S 192 FROM SALARY

Please tell me the time limit of deposit of TDS U/S 192 from Salary.

e.g. Salary for the month of Jan'10 paid to employees in the month of Feb'10 on 07.02.2010.

Deposit will be -

within two months from the end of the month in which the amount is credited by the payer to the account of the payee

or

within one week from the end of the month in which the deduction is made

or within one week from the end of the month in which the payment is made

Please reply as early as possible.
