Time limit for availing cenvat credit as per budget 2016

I want to know what is the time limit of taking CENVAT credit of Service Tax paid against bills raised by GTA (Goods Transport Agency). In recent audit, I was charged service tax for the period of 2 years. So can I take the credit of these 2 years now?

Your question not having clarity;

1) ST paid on GTA bills -Generally e-payment challan we may take subsequent month

2) I was charged ST for 2 years - can i take credit ----------- clarity pl

what is yur doubt? whether on taking input credit or else? what yu were served notice was to pay the omitted liability of SerTax on GTA,and this yu have to pay and cannot take credit.
