First & foremost, the Accountant is the most honest professional with a high degree of loyalty & integrity for the organization. He is unbiased and impartial in all his transactions with all the employees and respects all the people equally. He is very responsible person with courage, conviction and perseverance as his assets. He is always service oriented with a streak of smile on his lips. He understands all his responsibilities, rules, norms expected out of him and follows & implements perfectly without any deviation or delay. He is very cautious in all his accounting transactions and avoids wastage in any form, be it cash or kind. He is very alert and cautious in processing and payments of bills and seeks clarity in case of confusion, doubt or lack of clarity from his seniors / top management. He discharges his duties with cent percent clarity and never acts on his own without clarity.

 

The best professional approach he adopts is, he always insists in writing for any transaction he does. He always keeps the concerned Heads / Managers informed in writing for any delay in discharging his duties and briefs all pending works to the superiors from time to time.

 

Above all he knows that his job calls for lot of confidentiality. He does not reveal confidential information of whatsoever nature to anybody.

Last but not the least, he possesses very positive attitude and hence everybody likes him.
