The Companies Bill, 2009 has been introduced in the Lok Sabha  on 3rd August, 2009 .  As per the PIB Press Release, the Companies Bill, 2008 has been re-introduced as the Companies Bill, 2009 without any change except for the Bill year and the Republic year.
