Termination of articleship

Further I wanted to know whther you want termination of articlehsip or transfer of articlehsip to your hometown to another CA ?

I had gone through the guidelines once. But my situation does not comes in that list. But i read in the 4th point "Other justifiable circumstances/reasons". Whether institute will allow me under that category?
Moreover i prefer termination for a temporary period. Because my sitation does not allow me to take transfer.
