Termination and rejoining of articleship after 1 year

Dear Friends,

I am a Final a Final Student, My friend terminated his C A articleship after completed 1 year of service due to financial difficulty with mutual agreement with principal. After 1 year, now he wants to rejoin articleship under another principal in the same city(with in 50 km). Is it possible ? Let me Know the terms and procedures related to this.

Hi ,

There was an announcement dated 19 / 05 / 2009 which stated as follows :
On termination the articled assistant shall join articles training in and around the place of posting of his or her parents and shall not re-register articles in the same city or within 50 kms radius of the city where he or she has undergone articles prior to such termination.

Now by this it is not possible , however check it up with the institute for any change in this rule..

according to me its not allowed but u can rejoin in any other city except ur old city where articleship was done..

Everyone critical of the article as being misleading did you not read the part where it literally says “If you’re poor and you go through a tough period, you use all your savings to get through it,” Eisenach said. “If you go from having very little to doubling that, you still may not have very much but you see a big percentage gain.”? The title of professional essay writing is true, but also the old adage "never judge a book by its cover" applies here as it does everywhere. It seems some people want the headline to be the story, smh.
