office related exps: yes,
house related: if used for official purpose and can be seggregated, then such exps or proportionately on some reasonable basis. but if not used for office purpose, then better not to claim as deduction.

In case expense for office it is fully allowed as expense.
In case of telephone expense is for personal and office, disallowed 1/5 of the expense.
