Yes if they are willing to do so, U can procceed , if not provide GSTIN now,so that you can take credit from next month

is it possible to claim ITC on telephone bill for a business firm, where the phones are used by the sales representatives?
same as in the case if a new car is bought after gst for the sale reps?
both phone bill and car registration in company name.

1.IF THE MOBILE BILLING IS IN COMPANY NAME & IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER MENTIONED YOUR GST NO. IN SUCH BILL,IN THAT CASE YOU CAN TAKE CREDIT
2.IF MOBILE BILL IS JUST A REIUMBURSEMENT TO EMPLOYEE, IN SUCH CASE, WE CANT TAKE CREDIT
3.AS PER SEC 17(5) OF CGST ACT 2017,YOU CANT CLAIM INPUT ON PURCHASE OF NEW CAR
