Dear Sir,
No, the TDS is not required to be deducted in those cases... such situation are called as sale.. and TDS would not be attracted (as he didn't purchased/received the said items from the supplier/contractor).

Distribution of prospectus or distribution of information regarding prospectus shall not be undertaken by the printing company, so its not advertising.
