Tds schedule - unique tds certificate number

Please, guide me while preparing TDS Schedule sheet - ITR 2,

Whether Unique TDS Certificate Number is mandetory (absolute nessesary), to make the sheet validated / OK ?

If the Sheet is prepared only from information available in Form 26AS & INcome Certificate, whether the ITR would be treated as complete / duly submitted?
