12 February 2018Hi I need to file TDS return on deduction of TDS on rent paid by individual. My landlord is a non-resisdent. So i thought of filling 27Q as return. But i dont have TAN which is compulsory to file 27Q.
Kindly advice which retun to be filed and it can be filed without TAN.?

Thank you Dipak for prompt reply. But the landlord is a non-resident. And as per my research the section 195 is attracted instead of 195. Would appreciate if you could confirm that.

there is option for NRI in challan so its easily to depsoit
