As below TDS informations are applicable for Resident of India. Not applicable to outside of India. If you are making payments to foreign company or Non Resident. This TDS deduction will not applicable FTS - DTAA.
TDS used deducted for professional services or technical services.
The rates of TDS deduction under TDS Section 194J is given below in the table:
