TDS rate for Foreign Royalty

Dear CA Vineetji/Vijayji

I am refereing to Royalty payments for usage of copyright and with ref to USA.

As refering to referencer issued by BCA and on some sites where TDS rates are available its specified as below:

TDS is 10% for equipment rental and for services anicialry thereto

 a. for other cases 1-5 yrs of agreement 15% if govt or specified organisation is payer.20% in other cased.

b. subsequent yrs 15% for all cases.

Please advice.
