Is it allow to deduct tds in petty cash voucher after attested revenue stamp for Rs. 20000 in section 194c

Dear All,

I am deep trouble about TDS.

Pl. help me regarding TDS late payment.

I had booked a flat on June 2013. Total Value is 52,37,500/-.

On 2013 - 2014 I paid to Builder ---> 21,99,750

On 2014 - 2015 I paid to Builder --> 23,04,500

On 2015 i paid to Builder -------------> 2,61,875

Balance to be paid ----------------------> 4,71,375

Now the Flat is ready and builder told to me to pay balance money for hand over the Flat and told me to pay the TDS also. I surprised what he say, He simple says from my side it's a fault to couldnot intimate the TDS. At any how i have to pay the TDS.

Now how to pay the TDS, If i want to pay the TDS what is the penalty and how to pay it.

Up to March 2015 i am paying TAX regular to Govt, because i am a job holder, 2015 on wards i am job less.

with out TDS certificate builder will not hand over the flat, (Even his fault).

Pl. help me to solve my problem.

File form no 26QB showing TDS and interest thereon and deposit it.

Thank you for the reply, but in IT site, shows penalty+interest should pay, how to calculate the amount and where should I pay.

Go to Tin-NSDL and go on TDS on sale of property, there first file form no 26QB then click on e-payment of tax on subsequent date and there you can paiy your taxes along with interest and penalty.
