then the answer is no due date for March'13 is 30th April, 2013

Even delay by one day you have to interest for one month, different dates defined in Service Tax in not applicable into TDS provisions

Yes i am in totally agree with Mr. Mukesh & Indian Taxupdates that even delay of one day means after 7th the interest will be levied for full month.

Yes, You have to pay interest @ 1% per month under section 200A.
