03 April 2013Hi, would like to know TDS on Salary Deduction Remittance and Vendor Deduction Remittance Date.... As Far as i Know TDS on Salary payment 7th April other than Salary 31.st April 2013. Advice

The deduction date is date of Payment or credit whichever is earlier.
The remmittence date is 30th April for TDS deducted in the month of march whether it is TDS on salary or TDS on other than salary.

Please read Section 192 properly & note that TDS on salary required to deducted only at the time of making payments to employees.
The general rule of Credit or Payment whichever is earlier is not applicable here.
