TDS On repair &maintenance
our company hire a person who provides machinery service regarding purchase of new machinery & machinery repair. can we deduct TDs on both services, if yes how %deduct

TDS will be made on Installation and AMC i.e service portion of the Invoice.
It will be made u/s 194 C 1% or 2% accordingly.
but person who are NRI, we didn't deduct tds
