tds on rent
I pay Rs. 20000 rent per month. I will deduct tds for that. Which is limit for tds

If you are paying more than Rs.180000/- rent PA to a building you will have to deduct 10% TDS on rent amount. Uner Sec 194 I. and if it is rent for use of Pland Machinery or equipment etc 2%.
