before posting the query I have seen that FAQ's on TDS on Property, but there is no option given on tdscpc.gov.in website regarding form 16B generation, can anyone further suggest

In the absence of Form 16B , Form 26AS in the name of deductee shall be used...

FORM 16B IS DOWNLOADED FOR A/Y 2014-2015 ONLY . AS SHOWN IN PICTURE.AFTER LOGIN AS TAX PAYER on TDS-CPC, BUYER OF PROPERTY CAN REQUEST FOR DOWNLOAD FORM 16B.

After submitting the request for Form 16B and when the status is shown as Available for download, I still am unable to download it. As when I try to download it I get the message ""You do not have access to the requested resource."
What is the remedy?

As of now there isn't any source to download Form 16B except manual filling the form and handing it over to seller! The NSDL is currently working on the same and it would be updated soon on its website and as regards your query, I think on the payments already made you have to deduct TDS as Section 194-IA has a retrospective effect. And on the future payments (future instalments) you need not deduct any TDS as of now. Thanks.

Hey Friends,
as of filing challan cum form 26QB for tds on property us 194IA and up to downloading the form 16B is concern it is indeed quite simple process, you can deduct and pay tds @ 1% either online or through bank challan (manually) and then download the form 16B on traces, I just did it.

Affirmative. Your can as of now download Form 16B but you will be unable to take a print out of it .
Just try it .

At the time of posting that reply over 3-months ago there was this techincal problem which was later resovled by TRACES about a week later, then.
