What is the procedure to deduct TDS on Purchase of Property and how to file the TDS return if the concerned person is individual do not have the TAN.

Deduct TDS @ 1% if the value of property exceeds Rs.5000000. Challan cum retun form is 26qb specified for the purpose of such problems. So just fill this form at the time of making payment thereafter no need to specifically file the return.
