Will anybody update me on TDS provision regarding Payment to transporter? As per Finance Act 2009, if transporter provide the PAN No. to the person who is going to made payment to transporter then NIL rate of TDS has been deducted on amount charged by transporter. Is this provision is still continue or abolished? Please reply soon.
