Tds on payment to artists

Payment is made to a Privat Ltd co. for performance of an Artist.

At what rate is the TDS deductible ? @ 2% (194 C) or @ 10% (194 J)

In my openion, the TDS is applicable at 2% for payment to Pvt Ltd co. The Company will deduct the TDS @ 10% when payment to the artist.
