In the case of a person other than a company
U/s. 195(f): 20% Plus Cess::On Income by way of interest payable by Government or an Indian concern on moneys borrowed or debt incurred by Government or the Indian concern in foreign currency (not being income by way of interest referred to in Section 194LB or Section 194LC) (5% u/s. 194LC & 194LD)
Otherwise U/s. 195(J) :::30 % Plus Cess.
In the case of a company : 30% changes to 40%

Assessee is an individual not a company and the amount of interest is Rs.65,000/- and the assessee is a resident of U.S
