WE ARE SELLIGN THE PHONE ON SNAP DEAL AND BILLS ARE COMPUTER GENERATED, IN THE BILL THEY MENTIONING PAYMENT COLLECTION FEES AND MARKIETING FEES SO WE ARE DEDUCTION TDS ON PROFESSIONAL FEES BUT SNAP DEAL OBECTED FOR 194J AND INSISTING TO TDS DEDUCT ON COMMIONS UNDER 194H

PLEASE SUGGEST

You will definetly not come under Professional or technical fees(194J) but possibly under 194H if collection fees is treated as commission or under 194C if collection activity is treated as a contract

Yes, the substance of transaction definitely not covered by Section 194J but more like in the nature of commission 194H (liable for 5%) for getting your products on their site and they are charging you only when you sell your product on SNAPDEAL.
