Dear all, Whether i shud deduct Tds on loading & unloading charges for packing of CARTOON & GREY TAKA ?? i have a bill of sonu enterprises which is amt 133500 for 1 month... shud i deduct TDS

Yes TDS Will Have Deducted @ 1 % in Case of Individual and @ 2% In Case of Otherthan Individual
