tds on leaseline
tds on leaseline expenses of internet should be deducted under 94j or 94c?...94j because it is covered under definition of royalty?

No tds is applicable in this case... A no of case law exist.. It doesn't qualify the definition of royalty
sir can u please suggest the name of that case law
so atleast under 94c tds should be deducted

We are using internet lease line services from TATA, Airtel and other vendors from the last 9 years and we are deducting TDS 194C.
Someone also deducting tds u/s 94j in this respect... A lot of dispute is exists... But tds is not applicable

but now from year 2016 the rule has been changed well it coa will be nil thus no tds
