Dear All,
I have a Bill of TULIP TELECOM LTD. it is regarding to internet charges ( leaseline connection ) ...... the company deduct TDS on every bill of TULIP TELECOM LTD @ 2% u.s 194 c....
but TDS will not deduct on standerd facilities......so what shud i do..
shud i deduct TDS for next bill nd continue OR
shud i stop to deducting TDS from next bill. ???
As per law if it is not required than why deduct, You should stop deducting TDS.
