am deducting tds in Oct, Nov, Dec'23 and file tds return in jan'24 now error show due to lower deduction short now interest on late payment is 1.5% ? or its interest calculated 4,3,2 month's in line, pls help

TDS deducted as per certificate in U/s 194C & 194I(b) Oct, Nov, Dec'23 @ 0.01% now revised rate is 0.10%,
now what is Interest rate for late deposit its 1.5%p.m.?, & Interest period for Oct, Nov Dec'23 its 4,3,2 month ? for revise return file. request for help pls
