We have hired a web server in the US from a company Blue Razor. Every month they charge our credit card and payment is made for the same. Are we liable to deduct TDS on this credit card payment? If yes, how? The company in the US may not be having PAN number.
Similarly, do we need to deduct TDS on payment made for registration and renewal of domain names?
