Is TDS applicable on GST component ?? Service vendor is charging GST in the invoice.

No, tax is deducted only from the amount of certain nature, like rent, commission, not from the taxes on such sums.

Earlier CBDT has clarified that no tax is required to be deducted from Service tax component pursuant to a judgment of Hon'ble High court of Rajasthan. Going by the same one may conclude that no tax is required to be deducted from GST component.
