One of my clinet entered an agrement with internet & mobile service provider on mutual terms. The mobile/ Internet charges payable to the service provider on the basis of contract, is TDS Applicable? Plz clarify.

Telephone/Mobile service providers are generally out of TDS ambit,
What they do is collect service tax from and file their Returns....
