Tds on contract
Hi friends....
I just want to know whether TDS is applicable on Banquet charges. The hotel person has raised a bill of Rs 228000. Is there any decided case law on this???

I beleive the said amount is backed up by a contract or agreement, you better deduct the TDS Contract rules.
