--Yes. Liable for TDS u/s 194-C since the definition of work includes Advertisement, Broadcasting & Telecasting
--Threshold for a Single Transaction = Rs. 30,000, if it exceeds Rs. 30,000 then liable for TDS.
If single invoice does not exceed Rs. 30k, but Aggregate charges paid/ payable to such party during the FY exceeds 1,00,000 , then again liability for TDS arises.
--The Rates for TDS are as mentioned above.
Also note that Individual or HUF not to deduct tax if the payment or amount credited to contractor is for personal use.
