I wish to know the rate of tds on advertisement. what is the limit for per bill and whole year non deduction of tds on advertisement.

As per 194C: Contractors (including advertising, sub‐contractor & transporter other than covered....) Rs.30,000 per pmt or Rs.75,000 p.a

I wish to know that as per budget limit for year Rs100000.00 enhanced from Rs. 75000.00

similarly if per limit raised then guide.

Yes, the limit has been extended to 1 lakh aggregate, for the AY 2017-18, as effective from 1-6-2016.
