Tds not deducted in fy 21-22

one pvt hospital has made payment of more than rs one lac for two months work to a doctor but didn't deduct tax on it by tds neither u/s 192 or 194j in fy 21-22.. the return of that individual for that individual is filled.. what to do now? even when that hospital now gives tds certificate would that can be claimed by filling revised return...please explain..
